Alex Kent’s lifelong passion for photography is fueled by his deep appreciation for the outdoors and humanity.
A natural sense of curiosity and a drive for exploration have shaped both his life and his work behind the camera. Alex’s photographic interests are broad— ranging from travel, adventure, and nature to architecture, abstract, and portraiture. As an avid outdoorsman and child-at-heart, he’s often found laying in the brush, chest-deep in water, or climbing a tree to “get the shot”.
With nearly two decades of teaching experience across a wide range of ages and topics, Alex brings an approachable and engaging style to his presentations. He currently serves as President of the Arkansas Outdoor Photographers Club (AOPC) and works as a commercial photographer, educator, public speaker and guide.
