A hands-on class exploring how to create cinematic scenes using backlit projection, practical lighting, and simple set design. Students will learn how to capture or prepare content for projection, map and align projected backgrounds, choose the right equipment, and light subjects so the final image feels believable and polished. The class will feature two live setups:a stylized 1950s mechanic shop scene built for a choreographed dance performance and a vehicle interior scene with a projected driving background.
