Michael has been a photographer since he was a young child, and was known to drag his 35mm camera through the woods and across the family farm. Over the last 40 plus years, he has explored the art form in technical, historical and educational aspects. He has done restoration and restomodding of antique, large format cameras and lenses. He is currently the lead instructor at Bedford School of Imaging in Oklahoma City. Prior to Bedford Camera & Video, he mentored several long-term students and taught a photography course at Talley Time Cultural Arts. He has a passion for sharing knowledge and sparking excitement for learning in others. He loves working with people in front of and behind the camera.
